State of Emergency - Louisiana

A State of Emergency has been declared for the State of Louisiana until October 3rd– Hours of Service (HOS) is waived and enforcement of price gouging laws are in effect. 

  • MS Gov Bryant issued a SOE for the state of MS which includes a waiver for HOS.
  • AL Gov Ivey issued a SOE for the southernmost counties in state of AL which includes a waiver for HOS.
